PROJECT COORDINATOR
OVERVIEW
As a Project Coordinator at Sense Training House, you will manage and support the delivery of impactful training programs and workshops. This role involves coordinating project timelines, liaising with clients and vendors, and ensuring all logistical and operational needs are met. Your attention to detail and ability to multitask will be crucial to our success.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Project Management

Coordinate and manage project timelines, tasks, and deliverables.

Track project progress and ensure all deadlines are met.

Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to align on project goals.
Client Coordination
-
Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and ensuring their needs are met.

Assist in preparing and customizing training materials and proposals for client presentations.
Logistics & Operations
-
Organize and oversee the logistics of workshops and events, including venue setup, equipment, and materials with the Office Manager.

Ensure all necessary resources are prepared and delivered on time.

Liaise with vendors to secure services, such as catering and transportation.
Documentation & Reporting

Maintain accurate records of project details, including budgets, timelines, and client feedback.

Prepare post-project reports and evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
Finance & Accounts Payable

Assist the accountant with project-related financial tasks, including processing invoices and managing accounts payable.

Track project expenses and ensure adherence to budgets.
REQUIREMENTS
Experience:
-
1–3 years of experience in project coordination, event management, or a related field. Experience in training or education sectors is a plus.
Skills:
-
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Cantonese. Mandarin proficiency is a bonus.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools.
Education:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field is preferred.

HEAD TRAINER / BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
OVERVIEW
This dual-role position combines the responsibilities of a Business Development Manager and Trainer. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and facilitating training programs that align with client needs. This role is ideal for a dynamic professional with both sales acumen and a passion for training and development.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Business Development
Client Acquisition & Retention

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company’s client base.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their long-term satisfaction and loyalty.
Proposal Development & Negotiation
-
Prepare customized proposals and presentations for prospective clients with the Office Manager.

Negotiate and close deals, ensuring alignment with company goals.
Partnerships & Networking
-
Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking sessions to promote Sense Training House.

Build strategic partnerships with relevant organizations and stakeholders.
Training Facilitation
Program Delivery

Design and facilitate training sessions and workshops tailored to client needs.

Utilize methodologies such as LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®, Train The Facilitators and other innovative techniques to deliver engaging and impactful sessions.

Lead facilitators from briefing to evaluations to upkeep the Sense training quality and continuous improvement value
Client Needs Assessment

Collaborate with clients to understand their organizational challenges and objectives.

Customize training content to address specific client goals effectively.
Feedback & Improvement

Collect and analyze participant feedback to continuously enhance training programs.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in training and development.
REQUIREMENTS
Experience:
-
Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.

At least 3 years of experience in training facilitation or instructional roles.
Skills:
-
Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of meeting targets.

Excellent presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or a related field.

Personal Traits:

Confident, dynamic, and adaptable.
