Responsibilities

 

  • Work closely with Managing Director to come with new training ideas for clients and deliver it in clients' training, marketing events and digital channel.

  • Conduct Training Needs Assessments with key customers.

  • Support marketing team to collect frontline feedback and enquiry and turn them to training materials for clients.

  • Address the identified training needs from clients and proactively provide best training solutions to them

  • Plan and organize for various training projects and assigned tasks including training program development.

Requirements

 

  • Degree holder or above

  • Minimum 7 years training and consulting industry experience

  • 4 years management experience to supervise subordinates

  • Minimum 3-5 years sales experience preferable

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office including powerpoint, excel and words

  • Proficient in Cantonese, English and Mandarin

  • Good English and Chinese written skills

  • Good presentation skills

Job Description

Summary

  • We are looking for a B2B content marketing professional with creativity, vision and a focus on quality. In this role you will drive a social media marketing campaign calendar and lead end-to-end development of text and video content for WeChat, website, brochures, press releases, white papers and other digital channels.

 

Responsibilities

  • Plan and develop content strategy and annual Social Media Campaign Calendar.

  • Innovate in SENSE’s existing social media channels, and expand brand presence into new channels.

  • Daily monitoring & operating on social media platform, including but not limited to generating creative content, operating social media platform, optimizing content with ongoing analysis on traffic performance to improve the impression, engagement and followers.

  • Drive and produce video content to tell the brand story and messages in a creative way.

  • Editorial responsibility for alignment between Chinese and English content if needed.

  • Build and manage network for content production support – production house, trainers, social platforms etc.

Requirements

 

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business/Marketing/Communications or related field

  • At least 5 years experience in social media content strategy and social media operation.

  • Bachelor's degrees in communication, marketing or an equivalent field are preferred.

  • Strong understanding of Chinese social media circle for B2B service marketing.

  • Strategic planning ability as well as the capability to execute those plans

  • Strong interpersonal skills to drive big picture goals work with people with different level and backgrounds.

  • Adaptability and flexibility are key personality traits. Self-motivated, teamwork and responsibility, can work under pressure, under tight deadlines and in a fast-changing environment.

  • Bilingual English and Mandarin speaker is a must.
