This is the gold standard of LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® facilitation training and teaches so much more than just working with bricks. It gives you additional facilitation skills, real practice and the confidence to work at a whole new level, including senior teams on strategic assignments.

What is LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®?
LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® (LSP) is a results oriented facilitated process to improve communication, getting alignment, ideas generations. Through “Thinking by Doing”, participants are facilitated to tackle different problems arising from business operations. LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® facilitates participants to unlock and construct new knowledge, make connections and develop innovative solutions for ongoing projects, emergency situations and/or future challenges. By building symbolic and metaphorical models with LEGO® bricks, participants gain insights into breaking habitual thinking and creating innovative ideas.
With this powerful tool, LEGO®, participants can enjoy a 100% active involvement in the workshop. Research has shown that hands-on, minds-on learning will foster a deeper, more meaningful, and insightful discussion.
Practice Based Learning
LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® is a 20 year old method, and for most of that period classes have been taught by a master who facilitates larger groups for up to a week.
The fundamental difference is that our training is powered by learners facilitating. This is akin to training 'from the back of the room'. Target Audience
LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® is a tool that can be used in a wide range of contexts. Participants don’t have to be experienced in playing LEGO®. LSP is a method for the facilitation of dialogue and constructive communication within groups of people known or related to each other. It is based on the belief that everyone can contribute and take part in the discussion, making decisions, and sharing ownership.

An online Slack workspace is a community based website made up of channels, where people communicate, share knowledge and learn together.
We have a Slack workspace only for graduates of our training and your fee includes lifetime access to our group. You might think of as a huge library of knowledge specifically for trained LEGO Serious Play facilitators. This is a golden goose of a resource where we post far more than just tips on LSP, but help you a better facilitator able to deliver gold standard workshops.

The fourth step of the LSP process is no secret. What's weird is how little credence other trainers give to what we consider is the facilitator 'masterstroke': an elegant reflection stage. We'll teach you how we've combined other effective facilitation tools with the reflection stage to guide groups to real breakthrough.

Johnny was certified LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® facilitation in 2015 in London, and therefore is one of the first certified facilitators of LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method and materials in Hong Kong. Johnny is also a co-founder of Hong Kong based company, Sense Training House and has been collaborating with corporates, schools and NGOs to conduct team building, creativity workshops and communication enhancement programs.
Johnny has been working as a social worker for more than 17 years. He is experienced in counselling, personal coaching, group facilitation and team building. He is also an honorary lecturer at the University of Hong Kong, where he teaches students how to provide with effective training and counselling.
