Kenneth Yu is a seasoned trainer, coach, and lecturer with over 17 years of experience in team development, creative thinking, problem-solving, communication skills, strategic planning, and meeting facilitation. He is a dedicated professional who has made significant contributions to the field of training and facilitation in a variety of capacities.

Kenneth is the founder of Agodio Studio, a platform that provides innovative solutions for organizations. He is also a certified Design Thinking Facilitator, Certified Online Design Thinking Facilitator, and Certified LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Facilitator. In these roles, he has guided teams through the design thinking process, leveraged virtual platforms for effective facilitation, and utilized hands-on, minds-on learning to enhance innovation and business performance.

Kenneth's expertise also extends to the field of online marketing. He is a registered Social Worker with a Master's degree in Marketing Management. With over six years of experience as a professional online marketer, he has provided top-notch e-commerce management and marketing solutions to corporations worldwide, achieving outstanding sales and branding results on internet platforms.

Kenneth is driven by his passion for entrepreneurship. He has been recognized for his contributions in this area, receiving the PolyU Microfund Innovation Stream and Entrepreneurship Stream awards in 2012 and 2013, respectively. He was also awarded the JCI Harbour Young Leader Award in 2013.

In addition to his professional endeavors, Kenneth is also actively involved in social causes. He has served as an advisor and managerial director of non-profit organizations for six years. He also founded the Hong Kong Electronic Commerce Association, which aims to nurture professionals and corporations in the field of e-commerce.

Johnny Wong is a dedicated social worker with over 15 years of experience in personal counseling, group facilitation, and team building. He is an honorary lecturer at the University of Hong Kong, where he continues to equip himself with the latest training and counseling techniques.

As a pioneer in Hong Kong's LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® methodology, Johnny is recognized as an expert facilitator who effectively utilizes the innovative approach to boost creativity, communication, and team spirit. Through his workshops and personal coaching, Johnny helps individuals and organizations tap into their strengths and unlock their full potential.

As a Certified StrengthsAsia Facilitator, Johnny combines his expertise in strengths-based approaches with his extensive experience to deliver impactful workshops and coaching sessions. He has collaborated with corporations, schools, and NGOs, including notable clients such as Johnson and Johnson, HKU, PolyU or etc. Johnny has helped these organizations facilitate team building, unleash creativity, and enhance communication.

Johnny is a passionate advocate for social change and believes that everyone has the potential to thrive. He is committed to using his skills and experience to help individuals and organizations achieve their goals.

Ms. Noel Ho is a reflective practitioner with nearly 25 years of experience in education. She has served in the respective capacities of the Deputy Principal, Head of Senior School, Head of Primary, Head of Academic Affairs, Head of Pedagogical Team, and Coordinator of the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme in a through-train school.

She is experienced in combining the essence of different curricula to cater to learner diversity. She has always had a guiding role in the collaborative development of school-based programs while promoting and evaluating pedagogy and curriculum design.

Her expertise also includes cultivating middle leadership through raising self-awareness in others, thereby developing mindsets and skill sets required through providing direction, creating alignment, and boosting schoolwide commitment and staff dedication. She runs workshops or conducts seminars in over fifty schools to equip middle managers with the required leadership competencies to promote a positive school culture, enhance instructional practices, and improve student outcomes.

She has delivered public seminars on a variety of topics which included whole-school curriculum planning, inquiry-based learning, catering for learner diversity, questioning strategies, and student wellbeing in the delivery of learning and teaching, to name but a few.

Ms. Ho holds a Bachelor of Arts degree, a Postgraduate Diploma of Education (Teaching History and Chinese History) and a Master of Arts (School Improvement and Leadership) degree.

Sylvia Lee is an experienced Training Manager with over 15 years of expertise in project management and administration. She is deeply committed to creating a positive impact in the community and has a proven track record of successfully organizing and coordinating impactful local projects.

With a focus on improving the lives of individuals and communities, Sylvia has been involved in a range of noteworthy initiatives, such as empowering young people from disadvantaged backgrounds through a youth leadership program, and volunteering her time to deliver trainings in non-profit organizations and primary schools, sharing her knowledge and skills.

Sylvia's expertise also extends to facilitation methodologies, as she is a certified facilitator of LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® and the 2030 SDGs Card Game, qualified also for Six Bricks Levels 1-2.  

Yoyo is a skilled Training Consultant with a Bachelor of Science (Honours) degree in Tourism and Event Management. With 2 years of experience in the training industry, Yoyo has established a strong reputation for excellence in planning, designing, and facilitating various training activities and events.
